If you’re looking for a place to stay in Niseko and have no idea where to go, stay here!!! I had an amazing stay at Kozue while snowboarding in Niseko, January 12th-16th. The property itself is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal place to relax after long days on the mountain. What truly set the experience apart was the concierge team. They were consistently attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making everything feel effortless from start to finish. From assisting with logistics to offering local knowledge and recommendations, their support added real value to the stay and made the trip smoother and more enjoyable. I personally interacted and could not be more impressed with Thomas, Charlie, Millie, Daisy, Lydia, Alysha, Maddie, Sinead , Eilish, Sophia, and Jamie. From their front desk operations to providing (included) private transport services around town, they do it all! I was even stuck in a blizzard with Alysha for over 20 minutes! While pulled over for safety she was in constant contact with her supervisor and there was zero pressure to get me to my destination and the focus was on our safety, which I really appreciated. And their driving was very safe indeed. As a professionally trained driver myself I really felt safe with them behind the wheel. Overall, Kozue delivered a high-quality, seamless experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko, especially those looking for comfort, professionalism, and excellent concierge service. It was a place I was happy to return to at the end of the day. I look forward to another trip their in the future!

We had an awesome stay for 10 nights at Kozue. The room itself was really spacious and top quality. The location is great with a Lawson right around the corner, plenty of shops and restaurants all around. All the staff were amazing, nothing was ever a hassle. And a big thanks to all the drivers who picked us up and dropped us off around the place at short notice.

The penthouse apartment at Kozue was a gorgeous place with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Mt Yotei. It had all the amenities you could need for an extended stay, and a very friendly desk staff. I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Spacious, comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, really well equipped kitchen, very useful washer/dryer, excellent staff and taxi service, boot room was great (warm boots in mornings) the return process for ski hire was easy as we could leave them in the locker room. Location was perfect just a few mins walk from the main town, food trucks, supermarket etc. Would absolutely recommend.

The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. They even helped secure dinner reservations, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

“This place is amazing!”
This place is amazing! And staff is what makes! Our room/apartment was gorgeous, clean, extremely comfortable, plus the hot tub was such a bonus! But the staff really rounded out our entire experience. They were extremely friendly and accommodating when it came to helping us with all of our gear and luggage, always available to give us a ride to and from the hill and dinner. Super helpful with suggestions on where to go or how to get somewhere. I shifted my accommodations for the last night, but was catching my transport from KOZUE the next morning to Sapporo, they came and picked me at the new place! Made everything super easy and smooth. Shout out to Paige, David, Ariana, and Torsten 😁
